Your path to an appointment

Start with your patient questionnaire.

A clinician referral is preferred, but it is not always required.

Clinician referral

A referral is preferred. Ask your primary care doctor or specialist to send one. If you do not have a referral, ask your insurance plan whether one is required for coverage of a visit with a sleep medicine specialist at our clinic.

After completing the questionnaire, call our office. If both the questionnaire and referral arrive before we hear from you, our staff will contact you to schedule.

Could sleep be affecting your day?

Sleep concerns can show up at night, during the day, or both. Consider talking with your doctor if you or someone close to you has noticed any of these symptoms.

Sleep Symptoms

  • Loud or frequent snoring
  • Pauses in breathing, gasping, or choking during sleep
  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep
  • Waking unrefreshed, with headaches, or with a dry mouth
  • Daytime sleepiness, low energy, or difficulty concentrating
  • Irritability during the day or restlessness at night

These symptoms can have many causes. Each can occur with sleep apnea, and several can also occur with other sleep conditions. A website cannot determine the cause. A medical evaluation can help identify the right next step.

For patients and referring clinicians

A referral is preferred, but not always required.

Ask your primary care doctor or specialist to send a clinical referral to David Anderson, MD. You can complete your questionnaire before or after the referral is sent.

If you do not have a referral, ask your insurance plan whether one is required for coverage of a visit with a sleep medicine specialist at our clinic.

After completing the questionnaire, call our office. We'll review whether anything else is needed. If both your questionnaire and referral arrive before we hear from you, our staff will contact you to schedule.

David Anderson, MD

Thoughtful sleep care, close to home.

David Anderson, MD

Personalized sleep medicine, from the first visit forward.

David Anderson, MD, an Arkansas native, is board-certified in sleep medicine and has practiced in Central Arkansas since 2011. Because he has no ownership or employment relationship with a sleep laboratory, hospital, or medical equipment supplier, he has the freedom to keep every recommendation focused on what each patient needs next.

Care begins before testing. Dr. Anderson determines whether an in-lab sleep study (polysomnogram) or a home sleep apnea test (HSAT) is appropriate, remains involved as the evaluation develops, and continues seeing patients after treatment begins. As health and sleep needs change, he can help optimize CPAP, BPAP, mask selection and fit, and the overall treatment plan—giving patients a physician who remains involved over time.

Returning after some time away? You're in the right place.
